As per my knowledge during signing system check ID and password through database and if ID doesn’t exist it shows you an error “your ID doesn’t exist” I have contacted my administrator & he told me that your ID doesn't exist. Now when I'm try to reset password it says Uploaded some important data on drive but after some weeks I forget password. Signup for office 365 through student ID and I got office 365(Online version only + 1 Tb Storage).

Can someone technical expert helps me to sort this problem.
